3. Migration Plan and Roadmap
Based on the analysis, we clarify which system will be migrated in what order and by what method, the downtime windows and the rollback plan. This way, no surprises arise on migration day.
4. Migration and Go-Live
Our team migrates the systems to the Tres cloud, configures and tests them. The migration is usually validated in a test environment first, then taken live during the planned downtime window. From the move through activation and go-live, every step is carried out by the Tres team.
5. Validation and Post-Migration Support
