Resources are metered and priced hourly; no resource is billed for more than 730 hours a month. So if you keep a server running all month the monthly cap applies, and if you only use it occasionally you pay just for the hours it runs. You do not have to sign a monthly commitment.
No. All list prices on the site and in the panel are excl. VAT. VAT is added to the invoice at the applicable rate, and an e-invoice is issued for corporate customers. In the panel you can see the estimated end-of-month amount both excl. VAT and incl. VAT.
With standard usage there is neither a commitment nor a setup fee; you spin a resource up whenever you want and delete it whenever you want. A committed contract is signed only if you want a discount on capacity reserved for 12 months — and that is entirely optional.
On the first day of each month, an e-invoice is issued for the usage from the previous month. Corporate accounts work on end-of-month billing; self-service accounts proceed by topping up a balance. From the panel you can see the current amount within the month and the estimated end-of-month cost at any time.
Domestic data egress and internal VPC traffic, standard DDoS protection, the IPv6 address attached to a server and the included traffic quota that comes with your package are free. There is also no charge for defining a VPC, a subnet or a security group; snapshot/backup infrastructure, TLS certificates and 24/7 panel access are included too.
Yes. Stopping (powering off) a server does not stop billing; the allocated CPU, RAM and disk resources stay reserved until you delete them, so charges keep running. To stop billing entirely you have to delete the server — that stops every charge for that resource.
Accounts whose monthly usage exceeds a certain threshold get a contractual discount. In addition, the hourly price drops on capacity reserved with a 12-month commitment. You can talk to our finance team about the applicable threshold and rate.
You define a monthly budget alert in the panel; a notification is sent at the 50%, 80% and 100% thresholds. If you like, you can set a hard limit that completely blocks new resources from being created once the threshold is exceeded.
