A cross-connect is run from your rack to your VPC; internal traffic flows over the private network without touching the internet.
If the committed kW is exceeded you are warned first; on a sustained overage an additional power circuit is quoted, and service is not cut.
When you cannot be on site, our team performs tasks such as cable changes, disk installation, restarts and visual checks. Every intervention is logged with a timestamp.
