Tres Teknoloji has operated data center and cloud infrastructure in Turkey since 2012. We don't resell leased capacity; the servers, network and storage are ours, and we run the operation ourselves. That's why, when something goes wrong, there's only one place to call.
The cloud doesn't have to be a remotely managed black box
For most organizations in Turkey, the cloud is a place where the bill makes no sense and support tickets wait for days. We built the opposite: we publish prices hourly and openly, an engineer responds to a support ticket in four minutes on average, and we can show you which rack your infrastructure sits in.
We run our own products on the same infrastructure, too. Logchase's log engine, NetWaf's traffic-scrubbing layer and Identio's authentication service run in the same regions as our customers, under the same SLA. We won't sell you infrastructure we wouldn't run our own products on.
